The Bill defines legal principles of State policy in the sector of State-private partnership and basic principles of cooperation between the State and the private economic sector on the contractual basis.
Pursuant to the Law, State-private partnership is the cooperation between the State of Ukraine, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, territorial communities and legal entities, except of State and municipal enterprises, or individual entrepreneurs on the contractual basis under the legally established procedure.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 3447-д.
